Summer Holiday Programme 2011 |
Also in this year our dojo offers the possibility for all interested children and youths to get to know karate. Occasion to that is in the summer holidays. In 4 training units per 90 minutes will be practised basic techniques, partner exercises and situations for self-defence. Additionally a basic kata will be learnt. |
